Let it Go and Let it Flow

The words come to me, easily, and gracefully on a morning walk, as I reflect on challenges and unwanted changes - it is as if I can literally hear them whispered in my ear...
"Let it go and let it flow..."

 I am invited to release all that does not serve. 

 I am invited to change...

 I am invited to grow and transition into a higher vibration...
"Let it go and let it flow..."

 What is meant to be flows effortlessly and in my heart of hearts I know that all will unfold as it is meant to be...

 We cannot go backwards in time - only forward - and yet I know that all that really matters is the present moment...
"Let go and let it flow..."

 I step into the waters of grace and accept the invitation to all that is being offered even if I do not know where it will all lead me. I trust it will all unfold in Divine Order...
"Let it go and let if flow..."

 An ocean of Love calls out to me and I choose to leave behind all that no longer serves...
"Let it go and let it flow..."

 I reflect on all the graces received of late and give thanks for them all...

 With Love and Acceptance I receive into the Cave of my Heart all that is given, and all that I have been tasked with. I ask for the Grace to hear what I must hear, see what I must see, and feel what I must feel. I humbly ask to do what I must do, and forgive all that I must forgive. It must be done. There is no turning back. There is only the way forward. There is only NOW! And it is TIME!

Upside Down Siva and Ultimate Freedom

While I was in Denver last month, on Thursday May 7th, the day of the week in which the Guru and teachers are traditionally honored, I was drawn to buy a "murti" (sacred statue) of Siva doing a one-handed handstand. I bought this statue the very morning I was to demo this pose, unbeknowst to me... The murti of Siva is now on my desk in front of me, where it is constantly in my peripheral vision, every time I sit at my computer. It is also to the left of the meditation alcove I built into a closet.
